Working Memory has two plans. They both do the same thing for capture, recall, reminders, and search. The only difference is what happens to the original voice recording after we transcribe it.

Defrag — $9/month, or $79/year

For day-to-day clearing. You get:

Defrag is the right choice when what you care about is the content of your thoughts — the dates, the names, the half-formed ideas you wanted to come back to. The audio is just the delivery method. Once it's text, you don't need it.

Annual billing saves you $29 over twelve months.

Archive — $15/month, or $129/year

For keeping the voice, not just the thought. You get:

Archive is the right choice when the audio itself has value. A few examples of when that matters:

Annual billing saves you $51 over twelve months.

Free trial

Both plans come with a free trial. You don't need to pick the right one immediately — start a trial, capture some things, see which one fits how you work. You can switch later.

Switching later

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. See Changing or cancelling your plan for the specifics, including what happens to your old voice recordings if you move from Archive down to Defrag.

There's no minimum commitment and no fee to cancel.

If someone gave you a code

Two kinds of codes apply to billing:

Both go in the same field in the app, and we work out which kind it is from the code itself.
